​Terms

‘Member(s)’: any individual who has purchased a service from the Studio (including third-party booking site/applications), including but not limited to classes and group training programmes

'Studio/Club/Company': Studio Soma Ltd

  • You must be aged 18 years or older to attend any session or use any facilities at the premises. Exceptions may be granted with parental consent for persons aged 16 or 17 years. 

  • Members must keep the studio informed of their up-to-date contact details.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse a membership application from any applicant for any reason.

  • We reserve the right to amend service prices at our discretion.

  • You agree to us taking photographs and, or videos inside the studio at any time which may be used for promotional purposes.

  • Studio opening hours are fixed by the Company and are subject to change without prior notice. 

  • The Company may at any time close the studio or any part thereof, without notice, to; execute repairs, alterations, accommodate external events, re-decorations or otherwise.

  • Members are requested to arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before the official start time of their booked service. We have a strict no lateness policy. Arriving at the studio at the scheduled start time is considered late and members arriving at or after this time may not be allowed into the studio. Instructors reserve the right to refuse entry to a Member, or may ask any Member to leave a class if they feel their, or another’s, safety or enjoyment is in jeopardy.

 

Small Group Personal Training Holiday Policy and Programme

We understand the importance of taking time off to relax and recharge. However, to ensure continuity in your fitness journey and to maximise the benefits of your membership, we do not offer SGPT programme pauses for holidays.


Instead, we are committed to supporting your fitness goals, even when you're away. All members will be provided with a tailored holiday workout program to maintain progress and motivation during their time off. These programs are designed to be easily executed in various locations and with minimal equipment.

By participating in the holiday workout program, you can enjoy your vacation while continuing to work towards your fitness objectives.

Cancellations, no-shows and waitlists

Classes

To provide everyone with an opportunity to attend our classes we have created a cancellation policy specific to studio classes.

  • If you can no longer attend a class you are booked into we ask that you cancel as soon as possible using the software you originally booked with.

  • Our class cancellation policy is four hours before the start of the class. Any classes cancelled inside this window will be considered a late cancellation and will incur a full fee (total cost of the session booked).

  • We operate a £10 no-show policy. If you fail to attend class without cancelling you will be charged an additional £10 on top of the total class fee. 

  • If a class is full, clients will be given the option to join a waitlist. The waitlist closes three hours before the start of class. Within three hours of the start of class, clients can no longer add themselves to the waitlist and will not be added to the class. If you have added yourself to the waitlist you are agreeing to attend the class should you be moved from the waitlist. If you do not attend the class after being moved from the waitlist you are eligible to pay a late cancellation or no-show fee (see above). If you have joined the waitlist and no longer wish to attend class you must cancel yourself from the waitlist at least three hours before class, in line with the above cancellation policy. 

 

Personal Training 

  • All Personal Training sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any sessions cancelled within this window will incur a full fee.

 

Small Group / Semi-Private Personal Training 

  • By purchasing our Semi-Private Personal Training programme you are agreeing to the terms of the sale up front. We cannot offer any refunds once purchased unless you have a medical certificate stating why you cannot train. 

 

Expiration

When purchasing any of our packages you are acknowledging and agreeing to the expiration terms as listed on the booking system.

 

Liability waiver

Our studio waiver is a legally binding agreement. By signing our liability waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed in the waiver. You must complete a liability waiver before taking part in any activities within our studio, refusal to sign such waiver will result in no entrance to or use of the facilities.
