Whilst we always advise you to consult a medical professional (e.g. physiotherapist or specialist) before starting or returning to exercise after an injury, we may be able to advise you on modifications to support your rehab. We always recommend starting with 1:1 personal training so you can discuss your injury privately with one of your trainers.
